Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale, delivery, warranty, and service of products purchased from NRE. By purchasing any product from NRE, the customer acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Warranty and Service

  • 1.1 The primary responsibility for warranty and after-sales service lies solely with the brand owner/manufacturer. NRE acts only as a facilitator between the Buyer and the manufacturer.
  • 1.2 Warranty shall be limited strictly to manufacturing defects and shall not extend to damage caused by misuse, negligence, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
  • 1.3 Warranty and repair services shall be carried out exclusively by the authorised service centres of the manufacturer.
  • 1.4 Warranty terms, coverage, and duration shall vary depending on the brand and product type. The specific warranty details shall be provided to the Buyer at the time of purchase.

2. Sales and Return Policy

  • 2.1 Goods once sold shall not be returned, except in accordance with the exchange policy set out herein.
  • 2.2 Products shall only be accepted for exchange if returned in unused, undamaged, and original condition, along with the original packaging and invoice.
  • 2.3 No exchange or return will be accepted without a valid purchase bill/cash memo.
  • 2.4 Used, damaged, or altered merchandise shall under no circumstances be accepted for exchange or return.
  • 2.5 Exchange requests must be raised within seven (7) days from the date of purchase. NRE reserves the right to accept or reject such requests at its sole discretion.

3. Billing and Records

  • 3.1 The Buyer is advised to retain the original purchase bill/cash memo for all warranty claims, service requests, or future references.
  • 3.2 NRE shall not be responsible for claims made without the production of a valid bill.

4. Delivery and Installation

  • 4.1 Delivery timelines provided at the time of purchase are indicative only and subject to variation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to transportation delays, strikes, natural calamities, or government restrictions.
  • 4.2 The Buyer shall be responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details. NRE shall not be liable for delays or failed deliveries arising out of incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer.
  • 4.3 The Buyer must ensure that the delivery/installation area is adequately prepared and suitable for the product. Any additional cost incurred due to lack of readiness shall be borne by the Buyer.

5. Product Inspection and Acceptance

  • 5.1 The Buyer must inspect the product at the time of delivery and immediately notify NRE of any visible defects or damages.
  • 5.2 Once the Buyer accepts delivery without raising objections, the product shall be deemed to have been received in good and satisfactory condition.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • 6.1 NRE shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of data, arising from the use or inability to use the product.
  • 6.2 NRE’s liability, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited strictly to the purchase price of the product paid by the Buyer.
  • 6.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

7. Policy Amendments

  • 7.1 NRE reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, or withdraw these Terms at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
  • 7.2 Any such amendments shall be effective immediately upon publication or communication to the Buyer.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • 8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • 8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kannur, Kerala.

9. Acknowledgement

By purchasing from NRE, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the above Terms & Conditions.
